Following the launch of the KEEL token, the Keel Protocol will transition to native decentralized governance. All value created by Keel flows to the protocol.
Sky Governance Structures
Section titled “Sky Governance Structures”The Keel Protocol is a Star Agent in the Sky Ecosystem, created under the Sky Agent Framework, and guided by the Agent Artifact. In turn, the Agent Artifact is fully subordinate to the Sky Core Atlas.
What is the Sky Core Atlas?
Section titled “What is the Sky Core Atlas?”The Atlas is the foundational set of rules powering the Sky Ecosystem. It consists of Immutable Documents and Adaptive Documents. The framework is designed to maintain balance, transparency, and adaptability as the ecosystem evolves.

What is the Agent Artifact?
Section titled “What is the Agent Artifact?”Agent Artifacts contain all rules, processes, parameters, and knowledge of the Agent. Agent Artifacts must be aligned with, and are fully subordinate to, the Sky Core Atlas.
