Keel is a Sky-enabled (fka MakerDAO) onchain capital allocator focused on DeFi, tokenized assets, and strategic reserve tokenization. Advantaged by its scale and atomically elastic balance sheet, Keel captures a spread relative to its exclusive access to predictable, low-cost borrowing from Sky. With no custodians or externally owned accounts, assets remain 100% protocol-owned, ultimately controlled by, and benefiting governance token holders.
